About WaterMark It

A window application that allows the user to take an image and place a water mark on it, to give it some copyright protection. This application allows the user to use an image or text for the watermark. In addition, this app will allow the user to view a thumbnail version, drag and drop images for the main image, print, print preview, etc....

This application has been designed to work with 3 cultures: American English, Japan's Japanese, and Mexican's Spanish. There are few known bugs, such as the color and font dialogs don't always show up -- unless the user presses the 'alt' key to give focus.
